Hayley Reynolds
ECLIPSE Program Manager
Hayley Reynolds is a Program Manager with the Climate Democracy Initiative, where she leads the ECLIPSE program at the intersection of K-12 education, local civic engagement, and environmental action. She connects classrooms, communities, and real-world opportunities that support youth leadership and meaningful impact.
With almost two decades of experience in experiential education and youth development, Hayley has worked across schools, nonprofits, and environmental programs designing curriculum, supporting educators, evaluating programs, and building partnerships that bring community-based learning to life. Her work centers on youth leadership, place-based learning, and green career exploration.
She holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina Charlotte, facilitates multiple train-the-trainer models in youth program quality systems, and serves on the leadership team for the Youth Exploring Stewardship Coalition. She also acts in additional roles as a youth mentor and facilitator with Colorado Young Leaders, and as an International Evaluator and Colorado Community Projects Coordinator for Future Problem Solving International.
At the heart of Hayley’s work is the belief that every person brings something unique and valuable to the table. She is passionate about helping partners, educators, and young people build on their strengths, follow what energizes them, and turn their ideas into meaningful action. Whether that looks like creating the right training, sharing a helpful resource, or building a strong community partnership, Hayley loves bringing people together in ways that help everyone grow and make an impact.
